職責描述(Responsibilities):
- 監督整個廚房運作,確保食品質量符合公司標準 (Oversee the entire kitchen operation to ensure the food quality needs corporate standard)
- 與副主廚密切合作,確保廚房安全並維持食品質量和庫存控制 (Work closely with Sous Chef to ensure kitchen safety and maintaining the food quality and inventory contol)
- 確保內部衛生和食品安全符合公司標準 (Ensure the internal hygiene and food safety meets the company standard)
- 負責確保餐廳達到公司指定的目標 (Responsible for ensuring restaurant meets goals and objectives as set by Directors.
- 帶領團隊以最有效的方式提供高品質的食品 (Lead the team to deliver high food quality in the most effective way)
要求(Requirements):
- 至少5年餐飲行業主廚經驗,經驗不足者將被視為副主廚 (Minimum 5 years Head chef experience in Food & Beverage industry, less experience will be considered as Sous Chef)
- 對食品安全標準有豐富的了解 (Excellent knowledge of food safety standards)
- 較強的領導能力和溝通能力 (Strong Skills on leadership and communication)
- 良好的團隊合作精神和強烈的責任感 (Good team player and strong sense of responsibility)
