We are not looking for a seasoned, hands-on curator who is able to bridge the gap between seamless logistics and genuine human connection. Leading a dedicated service team, you will have the autonomy to drive service standards, collaborate on daily menus, and foster a culture of intuitive, unscripted luxury.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Own the Operation: Drive the day-to-day management of the Regent Club, ensuring a flawless, premium environment that feels like a private haven.
- Empower & Mentor: Equip, train, and inspire a multi-disciplinary service team, ensuring they have the resources and direction to consistently exceed luxury benchmarks.
- Cultivate Elite Loyalty: Act as the ultimate brand ambassador. Build deep, lasting relationships with VIP guests and IHG members by delivering personalized, intuitive service.
- Curate the Gastronomy: Partner directly with the culinary team to design daily club menus and food presentations, maintaining strict control over service and quality.
- Deliver Local Insight: Guide the team in providing highly tailored, sophisticated concierge recommendations regarding Hong Kong’s finest dining, arts, and exclusive events.
- Drive Efficiency & Innovation: Maintain sharp, cross-departmental communication across the hotel while proactively introducing cost-effective, high-impact enhancements to the guest journey.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of luxury hospitality or premium private club experience, including at least 2 years in a dedicated lounge management or premium guest relations leadership role.
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline.
- A grounded, strategic manager who leads by example. You possess an uncompromising eye for luxury detail, excellent problem-solving skills under pressure, and a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English & Putonghua is essential; proficiency in Cantonese is highly preferred to connect with our local clientele.
