Marketing Executive

The Repulse Bay is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the daily operations of Sales and Marketing team.

Key Accountabilities 

• Execute marketing campaigns and promotions across all channels in accordance with agreed goals, objectives and timelines.
• Produce and manage marketing collateral, including copywriting, proofreading and coordination of design for brochures, posters, on-site communication assets and giveaways, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Support PR and media initiatives, including drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach and organising press events to ensure consistent brand exposure.
• Coordinate marketing events and activations, including logistics, internal and external stakeholder liaison and on-site implementation.
• Assist in videography and photography shooting across marketing initiatives to support content development.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (residential leasing, event sales, F&B, commercial leasing and operations teams) and external agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor tracking to support campaign planning, positioning and promotional activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

General Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Relevant working experience in the marketing, agency, PR or events industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
