Senior Officer, Securities Dealing

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling stock and derivative transactions and answering customer enquiries

• Handling and following up customer complaints

• Provide exclusive telephone transactions for mid-to-high-end customers, provide customer service and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

• Monitor client’s order and margin level , conduct margin call when necessary

• Responsible for IPO subscriptions and preparing proposals for management

• Assist in daily operation of Securities Business Team and administrative tasks

• Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments independently as required

Job Requirements:

• University Degree with 5 years of relevant experience in banking industry, investment centre, securities trading

• Passes in HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8, 9

• Knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts of securities trading and relevant products / financial instruments

• Familiar with relevant regulations and requirements within its own discipline

• Familiar with financial market environment and work process sound knowledge of Hong Kong and US stock market

• Strong business sense with good analytical skills

• Strong Communication and language skill in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Willing to work shift duties (including night shifts) as required
