Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in cost planning, cost control, and the associated reporting duties;

2. Assessment of sub-contractor’s payments and carry out measurements;

3. Assist in preparing the tender documents and payment applications;

4. Maintain and update the records and documents

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and above;

2. 3 years of relevant experience, less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor;

3. Well organized, proactive and initiative;

4. Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese;

5. Good in PC operation.

薪酬： $18,000.00至$30,000.00（每月）
