Treasury Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

• 負責交易室共用資訊源及彭博、路透終端機等需求申請作業
  Act as the coordinator for procurement requests of market data (such as Bloomberg and LSEG/Refinitiv terminals) used by the trading room.
• 負責交易室交易錄音話機採購需求上簽申請作業
  Handle procurement requests and internal approval processes for voice-recording telephones in the trading room. (註：上簽用 internal approval 釋義更精準)
• 擔任交易室系統權限申請窗口，並辦理交易室人員內外部系統的權限定期檢視及彙整作業
  Act as the primary contact for access right applications, and conduct periodic reviews and consolidation of user access rights for both internal and external systems.
• 統籌交易室相關行政事務，並執行交易室主管交辦事項
  Serve as the central contact for trading room administrative matters and perform duties assigned by the Head of Treasury.

Requirements / Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in treasury administration, banking operations, financial markets support, corporate banking, or a similar role in the financial industry.
• Good understanding of treasury products, financial market operations, system access control, or banking administrative processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to coordinate effectively with multiple internal departments.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of HKMA/SFC regulations, internal control procedures, access right management, or audit requirements is a plus.
