Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing gym, spa, and wellness services to ensure smooth daily operations;
• Develop and oversee nutrition-related initiatives, offering guidance to members;
• Collaborate with trainers to design fitness programs that integrate nutrition and exercise;
• Support spa operations, ensuring service quality and guest satisfaction;
• Assist in training and motivating staff to deliver exceptional wellness experiences;
• Promote wellness activities, workshops, and events to enhance member participation.

Requirements

• Degree or certification in Nutrition Science or related field;
• Experience in gym, spa, or wellness management;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Passion for health, fitness, and holistic well-being;
• Ability to work independently.
