Team Head – Corporate Banking

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers to achieve assigned targets

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate banking customers with an aim to deepen and broaden relationships with our clients by providing professional financial solutions in areas of corporate lending and trade financing

• Keep good control on business, credit risk and ensure the team is in full compliance with the regulatory requirements as well as the internal compliance policies and guidelines

• Groom the Relationship Managers and provide guidance and coaching to support the team and the business;

• Enable team work and retain talent

• Participate in the origination / structuring of syndicated loans if necessary

• Prepare credit proposals and conduct regular credit review.

• Customize financial solutions for working capital and other financial products required by corporate clients

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines

• Min. 8 years or above of banking experience with at least 3 years of experience in team leader role will be an advantage

• Good communication/interpersonal skills with fluent in speaking and writing English & Chinese (Including Mandarin and Cantonese), self-motivated and able to work under pressure

• Travelling is required

• Holder of professional certificate under the ECF/ QF/ issued by any industry institutes, professional bodies will be a definite advantage
