Associate Manager - Technical

The incumbent will be responsible for managing all renovations and major works in the community including infrastructure, E&M, building and structural fabric; monitoring and coordinating the works carried out by in-house team, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Engage consultants and contractors to carry out construction, renovation and repair works
• Coordinate and communicate well with owners’ committees, working groups and residents for execution of construction, renovation and repair works
• Supervise subordinates and site supervision team and conduct site management for the works
• Monitor the performance of the consultants, contractors, suppliers and other services providers
• Handle emergency and urgent repair issues independently and in tight schedules

Requirements:

• Preferable degree holder in Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with 6-8 years of relevant working experience
• Professional qualification such as chartered engineer, surveyor or construction manager are an advantage
• Similar experience in handling large-scale renovation works for residential estates and infrastructure is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Self-motivated with analytical mindset
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
