As a well-established insurance entity, we take care of every need of our customers with an optimized service excellence through the Bank’s retail and commercial network, with a dedicated team of professionals in place.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute the business plan for the bank channel to meet sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Lead business planning and performance reviews with the partner bank
  • Create and run initiatives to increase insurance sales and penetration within the bank's customer base.

Sales & Performance Management

  • Take full ownership of the channel's sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Work to continuously improve the insurance sales process and model within the bank.
  •  Develop training, sales contests, and incentive programs to motivate the bank's sales staff

Product & Market Insight

  • Provide feedback to internal product teams based on channel needs and market demand.
  • Collaborate on designing and launching new insurance products suitable for the bank's customers
  • Monitor product performance within the channel and recommend adjustments.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of market intelligence, customer trends, and regulations affecting Bancassurance.

Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders at the partner bank.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the partner, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage partnership agreements, renewals, and performance review meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a Bancassurance, strategic partnership, or channel management role is required.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing a retail distribution channel.
  • Deep understanding of insurance products (Life, Health, etc.) and financial advisory/sales models.
