About the Role

As a Bar Manager - Lobster Bar & Grill, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Bar operations to ensure efficient and smooth service.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, handle inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Ensure all food and beverage items meet with Hotel quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, proper mise-en-place, and effective inventory control.
• Monitor the use and upkeep of equipment, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.

About You

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management.
• At least 6 years of experience in restaurants at prestigious Hotels or organizations, preferably in awarded fine dining restaurant, with minimum 3 years in Bar and Grill.
• Sound knowledge of spirits and wines, and strong sense of market trends.
• Proven records in managing high-end catering events with strong knowledge of service skills.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, reliability, responsibility and accountability.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
