Responsibilities:

• To perform credit analysis, evaluation and recommendation for loan approval according to the established credit policy;
• To handle loans applications and follow up on approval and drawdown to ensure customer satisfaction;
• To conduct warm calls to existing customers;
• To maintain and develop good relationship with existing and new customers;
• To assist the department manager in achieving sales target;
• To provide clerical support to the department, such as filing, data input and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in related disciplines is preferred;
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, frontline operations or consumer services, preferable within the financial services industry;
• Knowledgeable in Mortgage/ Personal Loans/ SME loans are an advantage;
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure;
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel application skills;
• Fresh graduates are welcome;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
