Bartender

Job Description:

• Provide engaging bar-side service and drink recommendations
• Support stock control, inventory handling, and requisitioning in accordance with operational requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bar section before and after service according to Hotel standard
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B service industry
• Proven experience in a Bartender role with hands‑on cocktail preparation is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and standard bar techniques
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skill
