Trading Product Manager - CMB Wing Lung Bank

Job Descriptions

1. Collaborate with relationship management teams and provide end-to-end professional support from credit application to disbursement, in accordance with the trade finance target client list and the marketing strategy outlined by the team lead;
2. Liaise with the trade finance team within the Cross-Border Finance Department at China Merchants Bank's head office, supporting the parent bank's strategy to advance cross-border integrated trade finance operations and deliver overseas extension services;
3. Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of trade finance products, analysing and optimising the Bank's existing trade finance offerings;
4. Develop and enhance the international settlement system. Discuss system solutions based on product and market requirements, propose development needs, conduct launch testing and production validation, and ensure continuous upgrading and optimisation of relevant product system functionalities;
5. Deliver specialised trade finance product knowledge training to relationship managers, supporting them in achieving sales targets;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, FinTech or related fields;
2. Preferably possess over five years' experience in trade finance products within banking;
3. Prior experience at a Chinese-funded bank is advantageous; candidates with client-facing marketing experience, financial markets experience, international factoring project implementation experience, or systems development experience will be prioritised;
4. Thorough understanding of international settlement procedures, foreign exchange management policies, and expertise in international settlement, trade finance, and derivative products;
5. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
