Responsibilities

Provide accurate and efficient counter services to customers

Deliver quality services

Cross sell the bank's various kind of services and products to customers

Administrative works as assigned by supervisor
Requirements

Associate Degree / High Diploma or above, with at least 5 subjects at Grade E/ Level 2 or above, including Chinese, English and Mathematics in HKDSE / HKCEE

Minimum 1 year counter service experience

Mature with positive working attitude
-
Possess good communications and customer service skills
