About the job

Based at the The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within F&B Division in Hong Kong, the Wine Server is responsible for providing a high standard of wine service which is friendly, attentive and responsive to guest needs. The Wine Server reports to the Director of Wine.

As Wine Server, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Serve wine according to hotel’s standards and procedures
• Greet the guests, take orders and deliver food & beverage items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of wine cellar and equipment
• Handle, polish, and present wine glasses with proper care to maintain cleanliness and service standards
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by being attentive to guests’ needs and response timely throughout the dining experience
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head

As Wine Server, we expect from you:

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service
• Pleasant, service-orientated, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage
