Job Responsibilities
• Acquire mortgage business by building strong relationships with referral intermediaries.
• Develop new business by strengthening relationships and expanding networks to meet targets.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Corporate Partnerships network.
• Provide tailored banking solutions aligned with clients' needs and goals.
• Promote mortgage products to generate revenue from clients and prospects.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to support sales targets.
Ideal candidate
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Extensive experience in sales, ideally including knowledge of retail banking products.
• Proven sales abilities with a strong dedication to meeting targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
• Familiarity with the financial industry environment is important.
• Knowledge of the local property market is beneficial.
• Possession of Insurance Papers 1, 2, and 3 licenses.
• Proficiency in Putonghua and English is preferred.
