Data Analytics Officer

About the role

Promise (Hong Kong) Co., Limited is seeking a potential Data Analytics Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering data analysis and reporting to support the company’s decision-making processes.

What you'll be doing

• Analyze and review scoring models and other prediction models
• Evaluate sales performance by analyzing loan patterns, digital tracking for web applications, and credit scores
• Assessing collection performance to reduce the arrears and transfer ratio
• Improve the accuracy of analysis and forecasting across various parties
• Enhancing data integration across departments to reduce repetitive reports and increase productivity
• Handle ad-hoc projects as required

What we're looking for

• Diploma or above in Business or related discipline
• Prior work experience, preferably in data analytics, business intelligence or a similar role
• Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are also welcome
• Proficient in Data Analytics tools such as Python, Phoenix, SAS, Altair
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
