Host/Hostess - Kwan Cheuk Heen

Responsibilities

• To welcome arriving guests and bid farewell to departing guests
• To handle all reservations and inquiries
• To maintain and update daily records and statistics for the filing of all relevant memoranda and correspondences
• To escort and seat all arriving guests and assist in beverage service upon their arrivals
• To prepare restaurant seating plan and allocate tables accordingly
• To assist Service Ambassadors during service such as serving coffee and tea, clearing tables, collecting soiled plates and etc
• To assist restaurant staff during peak hours
• To perform any other reasonable duties as required by the management from time to time

Requirements

• Certificate or above in Hotel and Catering or related disciplines
• At least 2 years hotel working expereince in F&B
• Experiences in similar role is highly preferred
• Outgoing, service-oriented with good communication skill
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
