Community Concierge - 5-days work week

Job Responsibilities:

• Be the positive initial and final contact with guests, whilst ensuring the concierge is kept running efficiently at all times
• To handle guest luggage, transportation and packages within the hotel area
• Provide general information to the guests and answer guest enquiries with friendliness and professional manner
• Ensure all guests and visitors are greeted, attended to and assisted with attentiveness
• Manage the traffic of carpark and hotel lobby if necessary
• Handle job tasks when assigned to all locations within Yulan’s parent company
• Responsible for all work assignments related to the nature of Front Office service
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Chief Concierge
