Passenger Service Officer

Location: Hong Kong International Airport

Time: 04:30 - 13:30 (shift allowance will be provided) / 13:00 - 22:00 (6 days per week, shift work)

Job Responsibilities:

• Verifying travel documents (passports, visas, and entry permits) to ensure compliance with international regulations

• Assigning seats and issuing boarding passes

• Checking in hold luggage to ensure it meets safety and size limits

• Processing excess baggage charges and tagging bags correctly for their final destination

• Assisting passengers during flight delays, cancellations, or overbooking scenarios

• Resolving issues related to ticketing errors or unrecognized travel documents

• Coordinating services for wheelchair users, unaccompanied minors, and passengers requiring medical aid

Job Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Fluent in Cantonese, good English and Putonghua

• Detail-minded, patient and able to work under pressure

• Willing to perform shift duty and overtime work in the airport

• Positive attitude with a commitment to work in the aviation industry

• Familiarity with the aviation industry is a plus
