Starting in September 2026, our 18‑month Global Management Trainee (GMT) Programme will equip you with the skillsets needed for customer‑centric growth, workforce management, and contributing to our ambition of being the leading frontline employer. It is your fast track and springboard into a management career with a global facility management company.

Who we’re looking for

You are not expected to have all the answers yet — what matters is your ambition and commitment to developing a meaningful career.

• Fresh university graduates with less than 2 years of full-time work experience after graduation (all disciplines welcomed; business majors a plus)
• Internship or work experience that shows initiative
• Ambition, curiosity and the grit to navigate complex challenges, while remaining grounded and committed to collaborating directly with frontline teams
• Strong analytical thinking and decision‑making potential
• A commitment to continuous growth, for yourself and the business, coupled with a people‑focused mindset in how you lead and collaborate
• Excellent communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
