Facilities Manager – Grade A Office Complex

What you’ll do

• Lead general facilities soft services for the clients, making sure the services delivered to users maintained in highest possible standard

• In-charge of the supervisory and monitoring of the daily operation to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients and to meet with the agreed SLA and KPI

• Monitor the works and services performed by vendors

• Prepare monthly reporting and carry out monthly workplace inspection

• Ensure Health & Safety and Environmental compliance of local regulatory codes

• Assigns or classifies space according to pertinent standards and procedures

• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications

• Degree Holder with professional qualifications in property related studies or facilities management

• PMP Tier 1 Licensed is mandatory

• At least 15 years’ experience in leading high standard facilities management services or property management, preferably in large scale mixed use commercial complex facilities

• With previous experiences in managing GPA Contracts is a definite advantage

Personal skills you excel

• Knowledge of HSE related requirement

• Strong financial and analytical management abilities

• Ability to write clear compelling reports

• Mature, details oriented, strong communication, leadership and presentation skills

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in mandarin is an advantage

• Immediate availability is an advantage
