Senior Facilities Manager

What you’ll do

• Perform duties as Site-In-Charge and take charge of the day-to-day operation of the site

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and tenants

• Coordinate and supervise the security, cleaning and landscaping

• Assist leasing team to support event as required

• Coordinate for the procurement of services / materials / equipment

• Assist in handover of units or properties

• Prepare regular reports to clients

Key qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 6+ years of property management experience

• Strong communication skills

• Experience supervising security, cleaning, and landscaping

• Ability to assist with leasing and events

• Property management certification is a plus

Personal skills you excel

• Knowledge of procurement processes

• Experience with property handovers

• Ability to prepare reports

• Good organizational skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
