Director of Sales & Marketing/ Director of Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel marketing plan, room and catering revenue budget to achieve financial targets
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to optimize inventory across all segments
• Build and maintain good relationships with Corporate, Travel Trade, and MICE business partners
•  Analyze market trends and forecast group business to maximize overall profitability
• Lead and mentor the team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and high performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Director of Sales & Marketing role in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record and established network in the Corporate and Travel Trade business
• Good team player with excellent leadership skills
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and possesses a strong results-driven mindset
