Responsibilities 職責
- Ensures forwarding and receiving of all information pertaining to the department to maintain set standards and achieve guest satisfaction
確保部門所有相關資訊的傳遞與接收,以維持既定標準並達致賓客滿意
- Receives, records, and distributes various reports, as well as transmits guest requests accurately
接收、記錄及分發各類報告,並準確傳達賓客要求
- Responsible for entering accurate room status into the system daily and investigating discrepancies
負責每日準確輸入房間狀態至系統,並調查差異
- Maintains and updates administrative data
更新及確保行政資料準確
- Maintains working area and equipment in a proper state of cleanliness and repair
保持工作區域及設備的清潔與良好狀態
- Reports guest complaints to the Executive Housekeeper or delegate immediately
立即向客房部行政主管或其代表匯報賓客投訴
- Complies with hotel health, safety, and hygiene policies and adheres to personnel grooming and hygiene standards
遵守酒店健康、安全及衛生政策,並符合員工儀容及衛生標準
- Maintain accurate records of lost & found items
準確記錄失物認領的物品
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and assist in inventory control
監察客房部用品並協助庫存管理
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all housekeeping records
確保所有客房部文件妥善存檔
- Is multi-skilled in other areas of Housekeeping
具備客房部其他範疇的多項技能
- Adheres to Housekeeping standards and procedures
遵守客房部標準及程序
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications 資格
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management will be an advantage
持有酒店管理文憑或以上學歷者優先
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communications skills
具主動性、注重細節,並具備良好人際及溝通技巧
- Able to perform administrative tasks and knowledge of MS Office applications
能夠處理行政工作,熟悉 MS Office 應用程式
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
良好的中英文書寫及口語能力
- Hard-working and willing to take responsibilities and initiative
