Officer to Deputy Manager, Deposit and General Banking Product Section, RBD

Job Responsibilities

• Execute management strategies by end to end deposit campaign management including competitor analysis, program logic & design, material approvals, frontline trainings, result/fulfillment tracking etc
• Monitor deposit portfolio in daily basis and provide updates/analysis on business performance to management
• Conduct gap analysis for the market and maintain business competitiveness by initiatives and management of interest rates and service charge
• Provide deposit related supports to frontline for deposit retention, customer acquisition, campaigns and other enquiries
• Support deposit related compliance review, ad-hoc projects including system enhancement and new product development 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experience and 4 years experience in retail banking
• Familiar in Retail Banking products/services; Good team spirit and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure, open minded and sensitive to market changes
• Good written & spoken English and Chinese; Good spoken Mandarin is preferred
