We're looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Services Agent to enhance our guest experience! Responsibilities:

• Monitor the efficiency of serving and order taking, ensure decent presentations of dishes
• Visit guest tables to encourage guest engagement and satisfaction by acquiring their opinions and comments in overall experience
• Ensure all guests are satisfied and served according to hotel standards

Requirements:

• Experience in hotels or clubs is highly preferred
• Passionate about food and beverage
• Good command of English, Cantonese & Putonghua
