As Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager, you will drive high‑volume frontline recruitment for one of Hong Kong’s leading facilities management providers. Based in Kwun Tong, you will partner with the TA team and hiring managers to manage end‑to‑end hiring and ensure timely onboarding while delivering a strong candidate experience.
What you’ll do
Assist Senior Manager to manage the recruitment team to deliver the full recruitment lifecycle for frontline and large-scale operational roles
Lead mass recruitment activities for frontline positions (e.g. cleaners, technicians, security staff etc.), including walk-in interviews, recruitment days, job fairs, and collaboration with NGOs, training partners, and government referral channels
Source and screen candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, community networks, and frontline-focused platforms
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles across different business units and service sites
Support the execution of recruitment strategies, employer branding initiatives, and talent acquisition campaigns designed to attract high-quality frontline talent
Prepare analytical dashboards and recruitment reports to provide insights on manpower fulfilment, hiring trends, time-to-fill and talent pipeline effectiveness
Oversee onboarding logistics to ensure smooth deployment, documentation and compliance for both corporate and large frontline hiring batches
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring manpower needs across large-scale FM operations.
Key qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Operations, or a related discipline
Minimum 4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within facilities management, property services or other related industries with supervisory exposure
Proven experience in frontline hiring, high-volume recruitment, or mass onboarding campaigns
Solid knowledge of employment ordinances, recruitment best practices and basic talent management principles
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin are advantages)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Self-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet recruitment targets and timelines
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
