Senior Property Manager

What you’ll do 

• Take charge of the day-to-day operation and management of residential property, including budget preparation and control, service standard and property maintenance, etc.

• Ensure the standard of management services provided meet with the requirement of the owners/tenants, the provisions of the DMC, BMO and other relevant statutory requirements

• Maintain a good relationship with owners/tenants and Owners' Corporation 

• Supervise on-site teams and contractors and ensure to deliver quality services

• Make sure team to perform quality management services including but not limited to health & safety, quality control, security, cleaning, carpark management, and horticulture, etc. 

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications 

• Degree holder of Real Estate Management or other related disciplines

• MCIH, MHKIH, MRICS or other equivalent profession qualifications preferred 

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience including 5 years at managerial level

• Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License and well versed in Building Management Ordinance (BMO)

Personal skills you excel 

• Experience in managing high-end residential properties is a definite advantage

• A team player with good leadership skills and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
