Operation / Security Manager

What you’ll do

• Oversee and manage security activities for the designated properties

• Oversee substantial security budgets, staffing, vendor contracts and security capital projects

• Supervising frontline staff including site manager and roster management  

• Handle clients' complaints, enquiries, and emergency incidents

• Ensure site control adheres to safety standards and meets client expectations

• Report and investigate accidents or any other safety related issues

• Ensure the smooth and effectiveness of daily patrol and security service 

• Ensure all security devices in place and in good condition

 Key qualifications

• Tertiary education or above with a minimum of 7–10 years security operation management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing portfolio

• A holder of a valid QAS certificate and security personnel permit

Personal skills you excel

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

• Decent PC literacy and can manage daily activities using various systems including MS Office

• Good command of English and Chinese
