Security Rostering / Manning Manager

What you’ll do

• Manage a team of manning officer on daily security operation

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly rosters to meet operational and contractual manning requirements.

• Ensure adequate coverage for shifts, leave, training, public holidays, and contingencies (e.g. sick leave, emergencies).

• Optimize manpower utilization to minimize overtime and agency costs.

• Forecast manpower needs based on headcount, turnover, business growth, and seasonal fluctuations.

• Ensure roster arrangements comply with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, rest day requirements, statutory holidays, maximum working hours

 Key qualifications

• Tertiary education or above in with 7-10 years of rostering management experience in the security operation industry with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Proven experience in large-scale, shift-based operations (e.g. facilities management, security)

• A holder of a valid QAS certificate and security personnel permit

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to handle conflicts objectively and make balanced decisions.

• Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.

• Good command of English and Chinese
