Location: Hong Kong / Kowloon / New Territories (Various Locations)

What you’ll do

• Responsible for overall operations including managing tenancy, customer services, cleaning and security

• Manage on-site team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients

• Administer and coordinate all property management functions

• Maintain excellent rapport with residents

• Handle service requests and complaints and follow up on progress

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications

• Degree holder of Real Estate Management or other related disciplines

• MCIH, MHKIH, MRICS or other equivalent profession qualifications preferred 

• Minimum 7 years relevant experience including 3 years at managerial level

• Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License and well versed in Building Management Ordinance (BMO)

Personal skills you excel

• Experience in managing high-end residential properties is a definite advantage

• A team player with good leadership skills and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
