Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Pastry Team and responsible for all the production of pastry kitchen including pastries, pizzas, desserts, cakes, pies etc
- Work with a small pastry team
Requirements
- 1 year or above relevant experience in pastry / bakery production
- Institutional training in bakery / pastry production or relevant discipline
- Be a good team player
