About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong within Rooms Division in Hong Kong, the Guest Services Officer is responsible for providing quality service in a friendly, natural, courteous manner and always be attentive. The Guest Services Officer reports to the Front Office Manager.

As Guest Services Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Be responsible for all Front Office duties including but not limited to greeting guests, providing efficient check-in & check-out service, handling billings and payments as well as delivering quality room orientation
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Handle administrative tasks such as updating guest profiles and preparing regular reports
• Assist to execute the guest recognition programme and drive enrolment
• Be attentive to guest needs throughout their stays and provide assistance proactively

As Guest Services Officer, we expect from you:

• Related working experience in hotel/ guest services
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Mandarin and other foreign language literacy is a plus
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Dynamic and energetic
