Bar Supervisor / Assistant Bar Supervisor

Job Description:

• Prepare alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, and cocktail with mixed ingredients to guests
• Create signature cocktails
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, maintain records
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above or equivalent
• Preferably 4-5 years or above working experience in F&B industry
• Outgoing and energetic personality, with good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge and passion for wines, spirits, and cocktails
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Bartender
