The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Health and Hygiene Manager to support the daily operation of the Security & Operational Risk Department.
Key Accountabilities
- Establish, implement, and maintain hygiene and food safety systems (including HACCP) to ensure regulatory and corporate compliance
- Conduct regular inspections and audits across operations; identify gaps and ensure consistent adherence to hygiene standards
- Lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring timely resolution and effectiveness through follow-up reviews
- Oversee critical food safety controls, including temperature monitoring, sanitation programs, chemical handling, and pest management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to manage food safety risks and strengthen hygiene practices across operations
General requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Food Safety, Environmental Health, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in hygiene, food safety, or quality assurance, preferably in hospitality or F&B operations
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and audit practices
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and training skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
