What will you do?

• Support the Chief Concierge in overseeing the daily operations of the Concierge and Bell Services
• Curate a warm and refined welcome experience, creating an exceptional first impression for every guest
• Provide professional luggage handling services, including baggage delivery to hotel rooms, storage management and assistance during arrival and departure
• Ensure the prompt and accurate handling of parcels
• Coordinate transportation arrangements and assist with vehicle loading and unloading at the hotel entrance
• Offer personalised recommendations and thoughtful assistance

What do we seek in you?

• Possess 5 years of premium hotel experience.
• Excellent Command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Present yourself professionally, with the ability to comfortably build rapport with a global clientele.
