Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, breakfast, steward and kitchen
- Provide decisive leadership and guidance to the division, ensuring excellence in guest engagement and the delivery of premium service and product quality.
- Stay abreast of international F&B trends, leveraging individual creativity and business acumen to implement strategies that drive the hotel’s ongoing success.
- Deliver business objectives while optimizing operational costs.
- Enhance operational efficiency, optimize staffing levels, and maximize profitability.
- Analyze culinary trends to pioneer innovative concepts for menu development. And collaborate with marketing, sales and service teams to develop seasonal menus, incorporating food cost analysis and promotions to drive business growth
- Enforce hygiene, safety and compliance standards across all areas of F&B operations
- Optimize inventory controls to mitigate spoilage and minimize waste
Job Requirement:
- Degree/diploma holder in Hotel/Food and Beverage Management or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in hotel or F&B Industry.
- Previous management experience is highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction
- Proven track record of having good knowledge of food and beverage production, preparation and service;
