Lead and mentor a high-performing DCM team, optimize team performance and talent development.
Originate and manage deals, including syndication, pricing, and distribution for corporate, FIG, and sovereign clients.
Provide strategic advisory on capital structure optimization, funding strategies, and market trends.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with issuers, investors, and internal stakeholders (e.g., syndication, legal, compliance).
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SFO, HKSI) and internal policies.
Minimum 10 years’ DCM experience in banking industry, with a proven track record in deal origination and execution.
Deep expertise in G3 currencies (USD/EUR/JPY) and Asian local markets (CNH, HKD, etc.).
Familiarity with fixed income products, credit analysis, and risk management.
Excellent report writing ability in Chinese, proficient in preparing various business analysis and provide regular reporting to management.
Leadership skills to motivate teams and collaborate with cross-functional groups.
Passes in HKSI licenses (Types 1, 4 & 9) and TMA certification
