Sales & Training Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for induction training for retail teams
• Evaluate and review training programs by collecting and consolidating training results and feedback
• Work closely with Department Heads to support performance management
• Strong business analysis ability and retail knowledge
• Identify business opportunities through analysis, market research, sales performance and trends

Requirement:

• 3 years’ experience in retail sales and training operations, experience in beauty industry is advantages.
• Strong leadership, sensitive to numbers, responsibility and reliable.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and basic PC knowledge.
