Sales & Operations Manager (Beauty Retail & Spa)

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Retail and Beauty Centre. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring smooth operational workflows, and managing a team that delivers excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across beauty centre and retail locations to ensuring brand standards
• Drive retail sales performance through consultative selling and team coaching
• Lead and develop frontline staff and good team management
• Manage scheduling, performance tracking, and reduce staff turnover
• Optimise customer journey from consultation to treatment
• Inventory management, procurement, and supplier management
• Deliver ongoing training on sales techniques and customer service
• Responsible for managing operation efficiency, and good knowledge of POS
• KPIs tracking based on sales conversion, retention, utilisation, productivity

Requirements

• 7+ years multi-site retail/operations management in luxury beauty, skincare, or premium retail
• Proven track record in sales-driven retail environments
• Strong commercial acumen and people leadership skills
• Fluent Cantonese and English (written/spoken); Mandarin advantage
