Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Explore New Opportunities in the market and worldwide
• Develop strategies to cope with new business opportunities
• Develop standards operation procedures
• Training and equip staff with brand knowledge and apparatus
• Coordinate with development team to monitor and control service standards in retail and service centres

Requirements:

• Degree / University graduate in Marketing/Business Administration or related discipline
• 4 years of work experience in marketing with at least 2 years at managerial level, preferably with exposure in beauty/multi-national company.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative, market oriented, motivate and energize the team.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Excel, basic PC knowledge
