Operations Manager

We are looking for a Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Retail and Beauty Centre. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring smooth operational workflows, and managing a team that delivers excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales activities across all Retail and Beauty Centre locations
• Lead and develop frontline teams to achieve sales targets and service standards
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, coaching, and performance development
• Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular operational and financial reports
• Work closely with the leadership team to plan promotions, retail strategies, and business initiatives
• Ensure all locations follow company guidelines, safety standards, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales operations, retail management, or beauty centre management
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing frontline teams
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organisational abilities
• Ability to drive sales performance while maintaining high service standards
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is an advantage
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
