CRM Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, Organize and Execute Marketing campaigns including branding, festive, product launch, content marketing and ad hoc promotions
• Prepare monthly reports for marketing campaigns results & quarterly trend report analysis
• Manage CRM Program and work closely with sales team to maximize customer satisfactions by data insights
• Manage CRM Tools to get effective communication with customers and provide tracking report
• Support in preparing marketing collaterals and promotional materials
• Develop and implement social media strategy to drive the brand awareness and lead generation
• Create engaging Chinese and English content for different social media platforms and marketing campaigns including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Website
• Manage company CRM & analytics tools
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communication in related disciplines is preferred
• At least 3 years relevant experience in marketing/branding for retail industry
• Prior experience in a FMCG/cosmetic and beauty industry/agency preferred
• Knowledge on Google AdWords, SEO/SEM and ad serving tools will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficient with technology
• Creative thinking and attention to details
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environment
• Exposure in Asian countries is preferred, especially in developing Asian countries.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English is a MUST, Mandarin is an advantage
