Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounting functions duties, including bookkeeping, AR, AP and GL control duties
- Handle enquires, checking of internal reimbursements and claims
- Ensure service provider and vendor invoices with proper approval and settlement of invoices within payment terms
- Prepare management reports and financial reports to management
- Prepare monthly and closing, Balance Sheet / P & L, inter-company balances and bank accounts
- Maintain proper and accurate records and supporting documents
- Review and update accounting policy and procedures
- Assist year-end audit
- Assist ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years or above relevant working experience, preferably in the banking industry
- Strong analytical, problem solving skill and capable to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Attentive to details with high level of accuracy
- Self-motivated and high degree of initiative with leadership capabilities
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager)
