Accounting Manager

Chiyu Banking Corporation Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily accounting functions duties, including bookkeeping, AR, AP and GL control duties
  • Handle enquires, checking of internal reimbursements and claims
  • Ensure service provider and vendor invoices with proper approval and settlement of invoices within payment terms
  • Prepare management reports and financial reports to management
  • Prepare monthly and closing, Balance Sheet / P & L, inter-company balances and bank accounts
  • Maintain proper and accurate records and supporting documents
  • Review and update accounting policy and procedures
  • Assist year-end audit
  • Assist ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years or above relevant working experience, preferably in the banking industry
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skill and capable to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Attentive to details with high level of accuracy
  • Self-motivated and high degree of initiative with leadership capabilities
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

  (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager)
