Investor Relations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute investor relations strategy that aligns with the Company's overall goals and objectives
• Organize the development and maintenance of the Group’s investor relations, communicate well with shareholders, potential investors, banks, audit firms, legal counsels and industry consultant, etc., and maintain a good capital market image of the Company
• Responsible for the business research and industry development research of a particular segment of group, to enhance investors’ understanding of the business
• Collaborate with corporate finance teams on M&A and investment projects, including preliminary screening and evaluation of opportunities
• Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences to effectively communicate the company’s performance and strategic direction
• Working closely with the finance and operation team to create a story/angle to properly present to external stakeholders about the company and industry outlook

Job requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Communications or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of investor relations experience, preferably in investment bank or listed company
• Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks
• Prior exposure to corporate finance, M&A, or investment evaluation is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outputs
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English are essential
