Manager, Project and Technical Services

Job Duties:

• Manage building maintenance, repairs, renovations, and projects; prepare and review maintenance schedules; and oversee maintenance activities for designated properties, including but not limited to conducting technical feasibility studies and providing engineering and maintenance solutions
• Partner closely with internal teams to support leasing operations by providing technical input and execution support on tenant requirements, fit-out / reinstatement matters, and tenancy-related works
• Serve as the key technical interface for tenant-related requests, ensuring alignment among tenants, and internal property management teams on scope, timeline, site constraints and implementation approach
• Conduct building surveys, inspections, and monitor work progress
• Coordinate with stakeholders to supervise maintenance contractors and suppliers
• Prepare annual maintenance budgets
• Coordinate consultancy services for renovations and improvements, lead projects as needed
• Implement quality, environmental, and health & safety standards for the company’s operations
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant discipline, with relevant professional qualifications such as MHKIE/MHKIA an advantage
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years at managerial level
• Strong leadership and effective communication skill
• Strong sense of self-discipline & responsibility
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
