Assistant Manager to Manager (Bills Operation) - Agency Contractor

Responsibilities:

  • Support end to end process of trade finance transaction, handle document checking and payment, data entries of Import/Export LC issuance
  • Perform checking and processing of bills documentation, examine checking system to ensure procedures are compile to regulatory requirements
  • Participate in system enhancement/ migration project, establish users requirements, perform system UAT, liaise with stakeholders /external vendors
  • Propose processing solutions, formulate policy guideline and compile regular MIS reports
  • Ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by superior members

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Holder of CDCS & CSDG is preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ hands on experience in trade finance operations, preferably with I/E document checking experience
  • Well versed of international trading rules, relevant banking practices and SWIFT etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
