Assistant Integrated Marketing Manager

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships and brand collaborations
• Support integrated marketing campaigns and produce on-brand content
• Coordinate and execute hotel events, promotions, and activations
• Liaise with internal teams, partners, and vendors for campaign delivery
• Assist in PR initiatives, media relations, and press materials
• Monitor campaign, partnership, and media performance
• Uphold The Peninsula Hong Kong’s brand image and positioning

General Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or related disciplines
• 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, PR, events, or agency
• Strong copywriting and communication skills (English & Chinese)
• Good project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive team player
• Experience in luxury or hospitality industry is an advantage
